Honeywell PM45 is an industrial barcode printer designed for high-volume production, combining direct thermal and thermal transfer printing with print speeds of up to 14 ips and resolutions of 203, 300 or 600 dpi for precise barcode, compliance and product labelling. Built on Honeywell's enterprise printer platform, it supports ZPL II, DPL, IPL, Fingerprint, PDF and C# Smart Printing, enabling straightforward migration from legacy printer fleets without backend changes. Standard USB, Ethernet and serial interfaces, with optional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and UHF RFID, provide flexible deployment across warehouse, manufacturing and distribution environments. Integration with Honeywell Printer Edge™ and Operational Intelligence enables remote configuration, firmware management, predictive diagnostics and fleet monitoring to maximise uptime and reduce maintenance overhead.
