If a product fails to function, ERS can offer an in-house repair service. Just return the product, and one of our manufacturer authorised engineers will work to fix the problem or return it to the manufacturer for replacement. ERS also offer on-site maintenance and support contracts, for that extra reassurance that if something goes wrong, more than likely at a crucial time, then there is someone here who can come out quickly and aim to fix the problem on-site.
ERS provide customers with an efficient delivery service as many products are held in stock and can be dispatched the same day an order is placed. Our pre and post-sales advice on hardware and software queries is also exceptional, as our experienced team can advise the customer what products and software best suit the customers requirements.
