The industrial handheld scanner PowerScan PD9600 from Datalogic excites with an ultra-robust design, an ergonomic shape and a balanced weight. Thanks to these features, it sits well in the hand and prevents the user from having to make any unnatural wrist movements while scanning – perfect for the demanding work areas in production, warehousing and logistics. The Datalogic Motionix motion recognition technology recognizes natural movements and automatically switches the scanner to handheld or presentation mode.

Depending on the need, the Datalogic PD9600 is available in three models: The standard model is ideal for most applications that require barcode reading from intuitive distances. The high-performance model offers the ability to decode high-density barcodes and at the same time increase the depth of field of standard 1D/2D barcodes. And the third model for document capture also makes wide angle capture simpler. All three models come with a multi-interface with RS-232, USB and optional Ethernet for standard and industry applications.
