Following the success of the TM-m30II range of mPOS devices, Epson has expanded its line-up to include the TM-m30II-NT mPOS Receipt Printer with Network Connection, which is designed to meet the evolving requirements of tablet-based POS.

Aimed at those working in specialist shops, boutique outlets, small restaurants, bars, coffee shops, delis and food trucks, the new TM-m30II-NT mPOS Receipt Printer’s key feature is network tethering, allowing the printer to provide an internet connection to the tablet over cable. No longer having to rely on Wi-Fi means that any potential connection drop-outs are avoided so orders can be processed effectively, minimising errors and offering the very best customer service.

The new model provides useful features such as Near-end sensor, so when your receipt paper is low, it can be changed at the most suitable time, helping to keep downtime to a minimum.

Key features include;

 ‘Sync and Charge’ for tablet device connection, allows tablets to be powered and print data over a single cable

‘Network Tethering’ allows sharing of LAN connection with the connected tablet over cable e.g. for stable Internet connection without Wi-Fi dropouts.

Two USB A ports allow simple peripheral connection alongside tablet ‘Sync and Charge’ connection.
