The CipherLab CPT-8500 has a large 3" 160 x 160 graphics display and can read RFID tags. It is available as either a laser or Linear Imager or 2D scanner. The scanner has LED Backlit, signature capable, splashproof touch screen, and is rated at the IP64 specification.
