Sato Lapping Sheet (Including introduction and procedure)
Extensive printing will cause small micro scratches on the print-head surface. These scratches
decrease the contact area between print-head dotline and material causing a reduced print
quality. This product is designed to maintain a smooth surface of the thermal head. This fil
helps to remove scratches and maintain a smooth surface to maintain print quality.
Note: Please use with caution – This product should only be used when general cleaning of the
print-head still results in an uneven print quality
