The performance of IMPRO MASK Plus meet the requirements of the EN 14683-2019 Surgical masks-Requirements and test methods For NELSON Laboratories test report, The BFE test is performed to determine the filtration efficiency by comparing the bacterial control counts to test article effluent counts, A suspension of suspension of Staphylococcus aureus was aerosolized using a nebulizer and delivered to the test article at a constant flow rate. The aerosol droplets were drawn though a six-stage, viable particle, Andersen sampler for collection. Testing was conducted as in Annex B (BFE testing) of EN 14683-2005. The Delta P test determines the breathability by measuring flow rate. Test Testing was conducted as in Annex C (Delta P testing) EN 14683-2005. The test results show that, BFE (%) meet the Type I Type IRTypeIITypeIIR; Delta P meet the Type I Type IRTypeIITypeIIR. For EN14683-2005 and EN14683-2019, there is some different between the performance requirements for medical face masks , for EN 14683-2005, Medical face masks specified in this European Standard are classified into four Types, for Type I Type IRTypeIITypeIIR.
