What products do you buy?
Zebra ZT230 Industrial Label Printer, Honeywell MS7120 Orbit Omnidirectional Laser Barcode Scanner and Thermal Labels created especially for us.
What made you choose these products?
A recent project to improve warehouse packing accuracy and general efficiency led us to design and build a solution devised to eliminate human errors when packing. We use them to build our "packstations" for the warehouse where we pack our customers' orders. The scanners are used to scan each product before packing and the printer produces shipment labels. This has reduced our packing errors from 0.30% to 0.07% thus reducing the cost of shipping replacement products and in turn increasing our customer satisfaction.
Would you buy them again?
Yes absolutely. We have already increased the number of units we estimate originally and no doubt we will require more in the future. We are also relying on ERS to provide our ongoing supply of thermal labels.
What does your company do?
