The colour touchscreen simplifies the navigation and offers an intuitive user experience. The optional guillotine cutter allows you to precisely cut continuous, reflective and die-cut label stock.
Use the FX810e as an optional accessory to any inkjet, laser, LED or thermal label printer, or solely for favourable foil printing only. Not only shiny metallic foils in gold, silver, blue and red are available for the FX810e, but also various spot colours and clear foil. Clear foil lets you produce labels with partial glossy add-ons, perfect for logo design or other graphical areas on your label.
Flexible decoration or solid printing of wide labels!
It’s a fact: The more highlights, the more attention. That’s why hot-stamping on labels has been popular for so many years.
However, hot-stamping has a number of challenges: Expensive set-up costs, ordering a die takes time. You can’t change the image without incurring more expenses. And there’s almost always a minimum run of thousands of labels.
DTM’s FX810e Foil Imprinting System changes all of that. Easily add brilliant, shiny elements to your pre-printed or blank product labels. Shiny metallic decoration and partial glossy clear elements on labels make your products stand out at retail, helping you sell more. It also adds a touch of elegance and luxury, enhancing the value of your products.
Want to keep it simple and less adventurous? Choose favourable one colour printing (e.g. black only) for either adding data to a pre-printed label or print single-colour labels fast and accurate.
Print as few or as many at a time as you actually need and print as small or as large labels as you want. The FX810e adapts perfectly to your needs.
Processing the label afterwards is no longer limited to small sizes. Landscape format labels, like 200 mm wide and 60 mm high, for large containers no longer need to be labelled by hand. Applying them with a label applicator for round surfaces, such as Primera’s AP362e, applies the label wrinkle-free just in the position and orientation you want.
