Thanks to Adaptus Imaging technology Honeywell did not need to use moving parts, making the scanner completely maintenance-free.
The stand design ensures for easy setup and operation: no calibration and no adjustment are needed – simply set it up, plug it in and start capturing. The supplied software allows you to optimize captured documents (sharpening, contrast and digital zoom). Integration is a breeze, thanks to TWAIN or SANE. You also save resources and remain flexible: because of its integrated barcode reader you may also easily utilize the 4850dr as a barcode scanner. It captures 1D, 2D and stacked codes.
