Epson EB-685 Interactive Ultra-Short-Throw Projector

The Epson EB-685 interactive range combines bright WXGA projection with dual-pen input for active lessons, workshops and collaborative meetings. Its ultra-short-throw design produces a large image from close to the wall, helping reduce shadows across the display and glare in the presenter's eyes. Epson 3LCD technology delivers 3,500 lumens of colour and white brightness, while the 14,000:1 contrast ratio keeps handwriting, diagrams and multimedia content clear in normal classroom lighting.

Two users can write, draw and manipulate content simultaneously with the supplied interactive pens, and optional finger-touch capability can add direct on-screen control. PC-free annotation allows teachers to mark over projected content without opening specialist software, while split-screen mode supports comparison of two sources. HDMI, VGA, USB, Ethernet and wireless options help the EB-685 connect with established education technology. A built-in 16W speaker provides strong room audio, creating a self-contained interactive display for teaching and training spaces.
