The HID Signo 20K keypad reader is a black contactless smart card keypad reader for door access control using card or mobile credentials with PIN-based multi-factor authentication. This exact pigtail configuration has a 2 x 6 capacitive keypad and uses the Standard Profile (00), multi-frequency. It supports cards, fobs and mobile credentials through Bluetooth Low Energy and NFC, including Apple Wallet via Enhanced Contactless Polling.

As a multi-factor access control reader, it supports Seos, iCLASS SE, iCLASS, MIFARE DESFire EV1/EV2/EV3 and MIFARE Classic, plus HID Prox, Indala Prox, Dorado Prox and EM Prox. Host communication uses OSDP or Wiegand, with native OSDP Secure Channel. This mobile credential keypad reader is rated IP65 and IK07, operates from 12 VDC at -35 to +66 degrees C and measures 45 x 121.5 x 21.5 mm. Configuration and firmware management are available through HID Reader Manager or OSDP.
