Cipherlab CPT 8300 Batch Portable Barcode Data Terminal

A rugged and fully programmable terminal weatherproofed to the IP65 standard. The CPT-8300 offers a range of keyboard and scanner options to suit a wide variety of hand held data collection applications, both indoors and outdoors. A larger 128 x 64 backlit LCD graphics screen with built-in contrast control allows the user to adjust the brightness of the screen, enabling it to be read perfectly, in all lighting conditions.

The range of barcode reading options includes a high performance laser scanner or long range CCD scanner (in-line or 45 degree angled)

Rechargeable Li-ion batteries provide over 100 hours of operation for the CPT-8300. SRAM memory options from 2MB to 8MB SRAM allows the terminal to handle applications requiring small or large amounts of data storage . Uploading the collected data is quick and easy via RS232, IR, IrDA, or Keyboard Wedge data transmission.

The CPT-8300 is fully programmable. Development tools include an easy to use, but comprehensive Windows-based application generator and downloading utilities. BASIC and C compilers are also available for advanced programming.
