The ERS Barcode Duplicator is a stand-alone solution for reproducing existing barcode labels and printing sequentially numbered barcode labels. The Duplicator is simple to install and use, just plug together and switch on!
Originally designed for Public Libraries, the Standard Barcode Duplicator has a small footprint allowing it to be installed on the library front desk and used to instantly re-produce barcode labels as necessary as items are issued or returned. Typical uses include re-producing damaged or unreadable barcodes, or re-labelling library stock for self-issue purposes. Where required the Duplicator can also change the barcode symbology for the printed label, or can modify the data content of the barcode. Duplicated labels can include the name of the library or organisation if required.
Two models of Duplicator are available: The Standard Duplicator for printing non-Telepen barcodes; and the Telepen Duplicator for printing Telepen barcodes. For libraries converting from Spotcode technology to barcode a Spotcode-to-barcode 'duplicator' is also available. For mobile applications an optional battery pack is available for the Standard Duplicator allowing barcode labels to be duplicated in the storage aisles if required.
