The compact and lightweight OPL7736 barcode scanner from Opticon is a gun shaped laser scanner designed for comfort and easy intuitive use. The manual trigger key on Opticon's OPL 7736 is activated by a single light touch, and the Good Read LED mounted on top of the scan head provides clear visual indication of successful operation.

For fast and accurate barcode scanning Opticon's OPL7736 bar code scanner uses single line laser technology, enabling correct barcode scanning from a range of distances. This same technology allows scanning of barcodes of varying length by simply altering the distance from which the scanner is aimed at the bar code. The barcode may also be read on slightly curved or uneven surfaces using the OPL 7736 barcode scanner.

Opticon's OPL7736 is available with a range of built-in interfaces to allow direct connection to the host computer system; simply plug the scanner into the appropriate port on the computer!
