ERS OPNStock INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM
The OPN2001 is a low cost and compact battery powered data collector with 0.5MB memory and built-in barcode laser scanner. Simply use the data collector to scan items IN or OUT then download to automatically update the database stock levels.
Logging of larger quantity stock movements (eg: bulk receipts of ‘Stock IN' from suppliers, large item-count sales etc) may be performed directly at the PC.
The reporting module provides a range of reports related to both the product database and current stock levels, and to the individual Stock IN and OUT movements allowing reporting of
- Overall Stock levels and Value
- Products below specified re-order level
- Sales to a given customer or against a specific customer purchase order reference
- Sales from a given event or show for example.
- Stock IN from given supplier or against a specific supplier GRN for example
A range of report selection criteria may be combined to allow reporting against selected groups of product, or to enable reporting of stock IN / OUT activity over specified periods of time for example.
An optional module OPNStock_DL allows data collectors used at external shows and events to be downloaded remotely to a simple datafile during the show or event for subsequent importing into the OPNStock system.
This means there's no need to leave data stored in the data collectors for downloading on return from the show or event. Instead the product sales from the show can be forwarded to head office during the show itself, or simply downloaded to a memory stick for ‘safe keeping' during the show and convenient processing into OPNStock on return.
